The SJBC Scholarship Fund
SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- Awarded to members of St John Baptist Church
- High School graduates receive $750
- Recurring undergraduate students receive $500 each year
- The scholarship includes a financial gift, and monthly college connect empowerment and mentorship sessions for students.
- Over 30 students currently receive this scholarship.
- The recurring scholarship is entering its third year of existence.
- We also offer a $15,000 scholarship to the University of Maryland, College Park to 1 freshman, through 2025, in partnership with UMD President, Dr. Daryl Pines, and family.
